Returns
Ready-to-Ship Abayas
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

All original labels must be included.

Items must be returned in original condition.
Items showing signs of wear (including perfume, makeup, or marks) will not be accepted.
Premium Abayas
Our Premium Abayas are part of an exclusive collection and are carefully selected with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Due to the exclusive nature of these items, we advise you to consider your purchase carefully.
Premium Abayas cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after an order has been placed, unless there is a defect or an incorrect item has been delivered.
By placing an order for a Premium Abaya, you agree to these terms and conditions.
