At Maha Luxury , every piece is crafted and carefully inspected to ensure it meets our standards of quality and elegance before it is shipped. Should your purchase not meet your expectations, the policy below outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
Ready-to-Ship Abayas
For abayas sold from stock, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Be returned in its original condition include all original labels.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged.

Items showing signs of wear, including perfume, makeup, or other usage marks, cannot be accepted.
Return Costs & Refunds
Once the return has been received and carefully inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Premium Abayas
Our Premium Abayas are exclusively crafted on request and made to measure .
Due to the bespoke and personal nature of these garments, the right of withdrawal does not apply , in accordance with Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code. Premium Abayas cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once an order has been placed.
By placing an order for a Premium Abaya, you expressly agree to these terms.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded .
If a product was purchased using a discount code , the item may be returned; However, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit only .
By placing an order for a sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order . Return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Once your request is approved, you will receive clear instructions on how and where to return your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
