Each Maha piece is handmade in Dubai with attention to detail and craftsmanship, and shipped from our European warehouse to clients worldwide.


Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Please note that custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.


Estimated Delivery Times - Worldwide Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Netherlands:
    1–2 business days

  • Europe (excluding the Netherlands):
    2–5 business days

  • Outside Europe:
    4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Occasional free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment.

Please note that tracking updates may be delayed during customs processing for international orders.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
